QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Yes. We offer free consultations for the first 30 minutes.

At the time of your consultation, you will know which attorney will be primarily assigned to your case. Our office also has a team of support staff working on all of our files.

Please bring all relevant documents and information that might be pertinent to your legal matter. It is better to show up with too much information rather than not enough.

Each case is different. Generally, the duration and complexity of your cases determines the ultimate total costs. Short simple cases are generally inexpensive, while long complex cases are more costly.

It depends on what kind legal services you need. Most of our cases require a retainer (money up front) that we bill from at an hourly rate. Once the retainer is exhausted, you receive a monthly bill for any additional legal services provided beyond the retainer. On some cases we simply do a flat fee for all of the legal services provided. On personal injury cases we offer payment via a contingency arrangement. A contingency arrangement means the legal fees are deducted from the final settlement.
